"It's your culture ma"

Runa loves the dollar store.  At our last visit she bought this toy that could make the noises of five north American animals.  Sophie told me, "It's your culture ma".  I am so glad my culture can be reproduced so easily in plastic from China.  Five easy animal sounds!  Endless Fun!!  Cultural realness beyond belief!!!  However, it was authentic enough that the wild cat call made the cats worry and the wolf howl made Snowey dog very confused.  I personally worried that the bear face looks like a bear flesh light - a concept that seemed pretty scary all around.  At least I can make bear noises now when I walk through the neighborhood and commune with the squirrels.
